This site is owned by Dari Real Estate Application Est, a real estate broker in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and all policies posted on this site are designed to protect and preserve the rights of both the Est and its users.
By entering and using the website or the Dar application, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of use and the privacy policy too, all of them represent the legal document that defines the rights and obligations between you and the Est.
These Terms of Use don’t affect/or replace any other agreement of the Est.
The (website) means www.DARappsa.com in addition to each of the following:

- - Our mobile application, which is registered under the name (دار | DAR).
  - Our pages on all social media platforms.

This Usage policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents referred to in it.

User Eligibility

The user acknowledges that he has a legal capacity considered in Sharia and regulation to deal with the site, or that he’s at least 18 years old.

Not to violate anyone's rights in any way, such as copyright, trade secret, right to privacy, or any other intellectual property.
Not to send or publish any information related to third parties without their written consent.
Not to use any electronic program, means, or device to interfere or attempt to interfere, electronically or manually, with the operation or functionality of the site.
Not to circumvent the laws, policies and regulations of the site or any rights related to a third party.

If it appears to the Dar application/website that you have breached any of these terms and conditions, it reserves the right to:

Warn you of a breach of these terms and conditions and ask you to stop such behavior.
Delete any material or content you have posted without notice you.
Suspension the user's membership without giving reasons.
Report your activities to the appropriate authorities.
Take legal action against you.

The user agrees and authorizes the company to save any data or information entered on the site, and the company has the right to view and review them and monitor private messages and ensure their compliance with these restrictions and conditions of use. The company has the right to delete any content and/or suspend any user membership without giving reasons.

Advertising Terms

The Est website and application don’t own any real estate, but rather it’s a real estate marketplace available to the public through which owners, agents, real estate brokers or real estate developers can advertise and market various types of property

You acknowledge and agree to the following:

The advertiser is committed to the validity of all information entered and his commitment to provide the application with all mandatory information to comply with the requirements of the Real Estate General Authority.
Don’t publish fake, speculative, repetitive, inaccurate, misleading or deceptive advertisements. Dar application may without prior notice delete all violating advertisements.
The advertiser is obligated to have the images added in the advertisement for the same advertised property.
The advertiser is obligated to follow up his advertisement and update it continuously. When the advertisement isn’t updated for two weeks, the advertisement will be suspended and not appear to users until it’s updated again.
The advertiser is obligated to follow up the interaction of visitors, whether through the phone number or the chat in the application.
The advertiser is obligated to close the advertisement after rental or sale the property.
The advertiser is obligated to notice the buyer or lessee to pay the advertising fees shown to him, and they’re among the brokerage fees that the authorised get (2.5%), and in the event that they aren’t paid by the buyer or lessee, the advertiser is obligated to pay them.
The advertiser is obligated to verify his account through the National Information Center (IAM) and to be a Saudi national.

Return Policy

The user has the right to raise a request for a refund of the paid advertising fees within (10) days from the date of payment by contacting the application management via e-mail, with an explanation of the reason for the refund.
The administration has the right to reject the refund request if the property related to the fees was purchased or rented.
The user isn’t entitled to refund advertising fees in the event that he violates the terms of use of the application or the laws of the Real Estate General Authority.
When the user communicates with technical support through e-mail, he must provide them with:

The date of payment or transfer, the bank to which it’s transferred, the account number used, and it takes a maximum period of (45) working days to retrieve the amount to your account, and in the event of any delay in returning the amount, the user must follow up with the bank directly, and in the event of transfer from one bank to another bank, a deduction transfer fee.

Evacuation Responsibility

We don’t make any kind of representation or warranty regarding the materials and information contained in the site and the user's use of the site is at the user's own risk. The Est assumes no responsibility for any error or omission in the content of the Website and for the obligation to update this information. The User agrees that the Est shall not be liable for any damages related to the User's use of or reliance on the Application/Website or any of its contents.
In no event will we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, compensation for loss of data or profits, or business interruption) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application/Website , even if one of our authorized representatives has Received oral or written notification of the possibility of such damage.
We aren’t responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any virus or other technologically harmful material that infects your computers, computer programs, data or other property as a result of your use of our Application/Website or your downloading of any content on it or on any site linked to it.

Compensation

The User acknowledges and agrees to protect, indemnify and exempt the Corporation, its shareholders and partners as well as its directors and employees (and any third parties entitled to compensation) from any liability for any and all claims and expenses of third parties, including attorneys’ fees, arising from the user violation of the terms of use and/or access to the site or the violation of rights Copyright, trademarks, patents, publicity, databases or other intellectual property rights or violation of any other policies posted on the site.
