1- Stand on the middle of an exercise band with your toes while grasping in each side of the band. 2- Raise your arms so that your balms over your shoulder and facing forward a similar to shoulder press position. 3- keep your hands on the same position and raise body by standing on your toes. pause for seconds before you return to the starting position. |
