Description |
1- Stand up straight with feet shoulder width apart and hands in neutral position. 2- Move one leg to the front and raise its hand up to the shoulder level while moving the other foot backward and raising its hand toward the rear. 3- alternate between legs with small jump. Repeat the exercise. |
