Description

1-        Start the exercise siting down on a chair/exercise bench with feet wider than  shoulder width apart and  holding onto an end of the rope with each hand. 2- Move both hands together from side to side while feet stationary. 3- Repeat the exercise and try to move the rope with the maximum power.
