Description

1. Stand up straight with knees bent and  feet shoulder-width apart while  your arms bent and at your sides.
2. Flex the hip and lifting one knee up toward the  belly button.
3. As the first  leg comes down, bring the opposite knee up.
4. Alternate lifting the knees high as you jog in place.
