Description

1-Grasp chin up bar with shoulder width grip and using undehand grip. 2- keep body straight and pull body up toward the bar while positioning head away from the bar  until  collarboan passes the bar and  touch the bar with sternum. 3-  Hold for few seconds before returning slowly to starting position.4- Repeat
