Description

1-Sit of floor/ mat with legs widely open and knees and toes pointing straight up. 2- Place  right hand on right thigh, then raise your left arm up and curve it over to the right foot and hold this position for a few seconds. 3- return to starting position and switch to the lift side. 4- repeat.
