Description

1-     Stand up straight with feet shoulder width apart and arms at the sides. 2- Extend one leg straight out behind you stopping when your hips are fully extended and reach out with your opposite arm at the same time. 3- Maintain  balance and hold this position for few seconds before returning to the starting position. 4- Repeat with the opposite leg and arm.
