Description

1-     Sit up straight on an exercise ball with both feet flat on the floor in front of you. 2-  Join hands together  and lift them over the head until you feel a stretch on the abdominals’ muscles.3-  Hold this position for few seconds before returning  back to the start. 4- Repeat the exercise.
