Description |
1-Stand up straight with feet shoulder width apart and hands front of the body. 2- Lift one leg straight off the floor and squat down on the other leg while keeping your back straight and head is up. 3- Hold on for few seconds before returning back to the starting position. 4- Switch foot and repeat. |
