Description

1- Stand up straight facing away from Smith machine and grab the bar behind your back using an underhand shoulder width grip. 2- Keep both elbows tucked in at sides and flex your wrist up raising the bar the bar up and hold it in this position for a few seconds. 3- Return back to the starting position and repeat the exercise.
