Description

1-Sit down at the end of a flat bench facing a weighted smith machine and grasp the bar with an underhand shoulder width grip. 2- Keep elbows at your side and slowly lower the weight below the knees with arms slightly extended focus on using your forearms and hold the bar for a few seconds before returning back to the starting position. 3-Repeat the exercise.
