Description 1-kneel on the floor/ mat with palms flat facing forward and fingers toward the body. 2- Lean back keeping your palms on the floor until you feel a stretch in your forearms. 3.) Hold this position for a few seconds and then return back to the starting position. 4.) Repeat the exercise.
