Description

1-Attch either an EZ or a straight bar to the cable and lower the pulley of the cable machine. 2- Stand facing away from the machine and grasp the bar behind your back using an underhand shoulder width grip. 3- Keep elbows tucked in at sides, arms straight and flex your wrist lifting the bar up. 4- Hold on this position for a few seconds before returning back to starting position before returning back to starting position. 5- Repeat the exercise.
